Honestly, I thought I woudl ve been treated like royalty at this 5-star hotel, but alas. The restaurant was always overcrowded, and don’t get me started on the dry, tasteless bread. I expected a complimentary upgrade for my patience but instead received mediocre service. Such a shame, I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel, superb food options and clean, modern facilities exceeded my previous experiences in laganas. walking to the beach was easy, and i appreciated the three pools for relaxation. the staff were incredibly warm, especially christopher and romeo, who made my stay enjoyable with their cheerful attitudes.
